We offer an exchange service as we do not take refunds at this moment in time - our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you purchased your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item you are returning must be in the condition it was sent in and got to be in the original packaging.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will then notify you with the approval or rejection of your exchange if met the requirements. 

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will be granted on store credit to shop the website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
